No Kings Demonstration - Anchorage, Alaska

Hi Everyone, 

This selection of images are from the No Kings Demonstration in Anchorage, Alaska that was held on Saturday June 14, 2025. 

Additionally, I am including an audio recording on Soundcloud that I made on my way down from Denali to Anchorage. 

This recording not only discusses the No Kings Demonstration but also our National Parks (America’s Best Idea) and other public lands. While there are an infinite number of reasons to protest this vile administration, I wanted to discuss the threats to our National Treasures that include all public lands.

I did forget to include one aspect into this discussion: that this is a unifying topic as to whether we protect and preserve our public lands or sell them off. This impacts each of us, regardless of our politics and additionally sells out all future generations. 

For those who maybe wondering what these images have to do with conservation, wildlife and wilderness? They have everything to do with these topics as the Trump administration is directly hostile to all of them. Whether it is National Parks, Monuments and other public lands, grizzly bears, wolves and other wildlife, all are at risk from this corrupt and predatory administration. 

America's Best Idea (our National Parks, Monuments and I propose, all public lands) needs America's Best (that means all of us) to protect them. 

Seeing how millions attended the No Kings Demonstration nationwide, I think the American Tsunami is Rising and it is only going to get higher.
